What the booking includes
- Dampness and seepage across walls, ceilings and balconies
- Floor level, tile hollowness and skirting gaps
- Electrical points tested, earthing and DB check
- Plumbing pressure and drainage flow test
- Written report with photographs and a snag list you can hand the builder
How long it takes
Three to four hours on site, report within 48 hours.
Pricing is quoted before work starts. You get a written scope and a fixed
price after the survey. If the partner finds extra work once they begin, they must call you and
agree it before proceeding.
