What does the "site verified" badge actually mean?
A member of our team physically visited the property, took or checked the photographs, and confirmed the details listed. It does not mean we have run a title search or guaranteed legal ownership.
Do you charge buyers anything?
No. Searching, enquiring and site visits are free for buyers. We earn from agent and builder subscriptions and from home service bookings.
Will my number be shared with lots of agents?
No. An enquiry goes to one verified agent for that property. We do not sell contact details on to third parties.
What is the difference between "owner listed" and "site verified"?
Owner listed means the details came from the owner and we have not yet visited. Site verified means we have.
How do I check a project RERA number?
Every project page shows its registration number. Enter it on the West Bengal RERA portal and you will see the approved plans, timelines and any complaints on record.
What are stamp duty and registration charges in West Bengal?
They vary by property value and by government notification. Our cost breakdown gives an indicative figure, but confirm the current rate before you budget.
A listing looks wrong or fraudulent. What do I do?
Use the report a listing form. We take it down within one working day while we check, and we tell you what we found.
Do you handle land and plots differently?
Yes. Plots carry frontage, road width, dimensions and mutation status rather than bedrooms, and are priced per katha, bigha or square foot as the district uses.
