What the booking includes
- Patch, sand and repaint walls and ceilings
- Deep clean of every room including balconies
- Minor carpentry — doors, drawers, wardrobe shutters
- Replace failed light points, switches and sockets
- Final snag list handed to you in writing
How long it takes
Two to five days for a 2 BHK, depending on how much painting is involved.
Pricing is quoted before work starts. You get a written scope and a fixed
price after the survey. If the partner finds extra work once they begin, they must call you and
agree it before proceeding.
